Cara is a Licensed Marriage and family therapist in Ca (50531), Fl (MT3622), and Tx (203997). She is a trauma expert and specializes in complex PTSD, dissociation, and anxiety. 

Cara is an EMDRIA and Brainspotting Specialty Workshop Provider and Consultant, as well as Certified in EMDR and Brainspotting.   She is also Senior Faculty with Engaged Minds Continuing Education. In addition she is certified in the Eagala Model of equine assisted psychotherapy.
