Statement from Cara

With the complexity of the human experience, individuals often need a place to process their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, beliefs, values, traumas, relationships, responsibilities, expectations, disappointments, roles, coping methods, development ect. I feel privileged to meet clients where they are in their process, and collaboratively identify where they would like to be. I have more than 18 years experience working with complex trauma, dissociation, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, peer conflicts, adjustments, grief, substance use, addiction, relationship violence, and sleep issues. I utilize a variety of trauma based practices, such as Brainspotting, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Equestrian Assisted Therapy,  Solution-Focused Therapy, parts work, and Mindfulness approaches. I provide a confidential, non-judgmental place for clients to start working towards their therapeutic goals.

"Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us."
