Individualized Trauma Intensives

Individual Trauma Intensives are catered to the individual attending. We offer EquiAttune sessions (integrating Brainspotting and the Neuroexperiential Model with Equine Assisted Psychotherapy), EquiLateral sessions (Equine-Assisted EMDR), parts work, Yoga and somatic work, as well as Forest and Wilderness Therapy. Intensive can range from 3 hrs to 3 days, and I will collaborate with each client to develop a specialized program.

What to expect before and after ~

There will be a one hour zoom meeting to assess and collaborate on designing the individualized trauma intensive before we meet for the intensive, After the intensive we will have a 1 or 2 week follow up session. Trauma processing occurs between sessions and it is therefore important to be engaging in your self care (hobbies, exercise, socializing, playing, diet, sleep etc.) throughout the process

Pricing ~

Initial assessement and treatment planning ~ $175

Min of 3 hours ~ $525 (each additional hour is $175/hr).

Follow-up zoom meeting ~ $175
